FinWatchStraps ships products internationally, including to the United States and the European Union.

All shipments are fulfilled through independent third-party carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. FinWatchStraps shall not be held liable for delays, loss, or failure in delivery caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For international shipments, customers act as the importer of record and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by local customs authorities. Such charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer upon request by the carrier or customs authority.

FinWatchStraps does not provide customs clearance services and has no control over customs inspection processes or clearance timelines. Refusal to pay applicable customs charges may result in the shipment being delayed, returned, or destroyed, in which case FinWatchStraps shall not be responsible for refunds or replacement.
