Watch Strap Size Chart and Measuring Instructions
Step 1: Measure Lug Width
- Using a ruler or caliper, measure the width of the space between the lugs of your watch where the strap will attach. This measurement will determine the lug width.
Step 2: Measure Wrist Size
- Wrap a flexible measuring tape or string snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
- Note the measurement in inches or centimeters.
Step 3: Determine Strap Length
- Measure the distance between the lug ends of your watch to determine the ideal strap length. This measurement should correspond to your wrist size and desired fit.
- For a comfortable fit, add 1,5 to 2 inches (3.5 to 5 centimeters) to your wrist size measurement.

The Suede Vintage Watch Strap combines a classic look with traditional craftsmanship. Made from Crazy Cow suede supplied by Charles F. Stead in England, the leather is naturally soft and comfortable from the first wear, without any break-in period. Its refined vintage texture makes the strap a good match for most watch models.
Each strap is fully handmade in Finland and produced only after the order is placed. All steps - cutting, shaping, stitching, and finishing - are carried out manually. Because of this, every strap has small variations typical for handcrafted work. No two pieces are exactly the same.
The material is durable and stable in daily use while maintaining a soft, flexible feel on the wrist. Limited material is available from each hide, so only a small number of straps can be created in each batch. Once the suede from this hide is finished, the exact look and texture cannot be repeated.
