This Payment & Chargeback Policy applies to all transactions made through FinWatchStraps.
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors, including but not limited to:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Digital wallets

  • Other payment methods offered at checkout

All payments are processed securely. FinWatchStraps does not store full payment card details.


2. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

  • For made-to-order and custom items, production may begin immediately after payment confirmation.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.


3. Customer Obligation to Contact Us First

Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback, the customer agrees to contact FinWatchStraps directly to attempt to resolve the issue.

Most issues (size clarification, delivery delays, defects) can be resolved efficiently without involving payment processors.


4. Chargebacks & Dispute Handling

A chargeback or payment dispute initiated without prior communication may be treated as an unjustified or fraudulent claim, especially when:

  • The order relates to a custom or made-to-order item

  • The product matches the description and specifications selected by the customer

  • The dispute is based on personal preference, incorrect sizing, or misunderstanding of store policies


5. Evidence Submission

In the event of a chargeback, FinWatchStraps reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence to the payment processor, including but not limited to:

  • Order details and timestamps

  • Product descriptions and customization selections

  • Acceptance of store policies at checkout

  • Shipping confirmation and delivery proof

  • Communication history with the customer


6. Consequences of Unjustified Chargebacks

Unjustified chargebacks may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

  • Recovery of all chargeback-related fees imposed by payment processors

  • Legal action to recover financial losses where permitted by law

  • Referral to a collection agency in cases of demonstrable abuse or fraud


7. Fraud Prevention

To protect our business and customers, we actively monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel and refund orders flagged as high-risk

  • Request additional verification before processing an order


8. Limitation of Liability

FinWatchStraps shall not be held liable for losses resulting from:

  • Delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure

  • Customer-provided incorrect information

  • Improper use or installation of products
