This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through FinWatchStraps and is designed to clearly explain the conditions under which returns or exchanges may be accepted.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
1. General Conditions

All return or exchange requests must be submitted in writing before sending any item back.

Unauthorized returns (sent without prior approval) will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in unused, uninstalled, and original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined below.
2. Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship (non-customized) products may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

The request is made within 14 days of delivery

The item is unused, unmodified, and shows no signs of installation or wear

The item is returned in its original condition
Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
3. Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Due to the nature of our work, made-to-order and custom watch straps are produced according to individual customer specifications.
Therefore:

Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable

This includes straps made to custom lengths, widths, tapers, thicknesses, stitching, lining choices, or any other personalized specifications
Exceptions apply only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
Incorrect size selection, personal preference, or incompatibility with a watch case does not constitute a defect.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only for ready-to-ship items, subject to availability.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
5. Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Order number

Clear photos and a description of the issue
If a defect is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

Repair

Replacement

Refund
6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
7. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective)

Items showing signs of use, installation, or modification

Damage caused by improper use, water exposure, chemicals, or normal wear

Requests submitted outside the stated timeframes
