Vaihe 1: Mittaa korvakkeen leveys

Kapenevat koot:
Kapeneva koko tarkoittaa kellon hihnan leveyden asteittaista pienenemistä toisesta päästä toiseen. Kellohihnoissa kapeneva malli on tyypillisesti leveämpi lähellä kellon korvakkeen kiinnityskohtaa ja kapenee vähitellen kohti soljen tai lukon päätä. Tämä kapeneva muoto ei ainoastaan paranna hihnan esteettistä ulkonäköä, vaan tarjoaa myös mukavan istuvuuden, sillä se mukautuu ranteeseen pehmeästi.
